The Organisational Iceberg introduces the link between the 'task' elements of work and the individual and interpersonal human aspects that can have a major impact on how well or otherwise a job gets done.

This model explains the underlying principles that 20-80 training programmes are based on. It is included at the start of each course. If you are already familiar with it, you can decide whether to view it again, or move on.
