The Organisational Iceberg
This session introduces the concept of the 'Organisational Iceberg', a simple metaphor that helps us to understand the importance of the 'human process' side of work and organisations.
The message of the Organisational Iceberg prompted the creation of 20 - 80 Online Training. We want to help make sense of the human side of organisations by sharing models, techniques and strategies that assist people to be more resourceful, resilient and effective. We aim to help managers and staff to develop their own 'inner psychologist' so they can:-
- manage and be managed in a way that people can and want to do their best,
- be more resilient,
- better handle stress and change,
- have improved wellbeing,
- build better relationships and teams,
- communicate more clearly and with greater influence
so that the Task can be done more effectively, efficiently, and at less human cost.
